Mary began her career in real estate shortly after moving to Northern Virginia from Southern California in 2016. She started off as a marketing and contract manager for a Keller  Williams team. Then in 2018 Mary received her Virginia Realtors license. She later added Maryland and Washington DC. licenses to her resume.

With access to the DMV she has had the opportunity to illustrate her skill and passion in many different communities. In 2020 Mary took the Brave Neighbor Initiative and built Brave Neighbor Homes, a company with above and beyond culture.

Although showing homes is her favorite activity, Mary also enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading and getting lost in a good movie. In addition to her excitement for the future growth of this team, her goals include giving back to the community through monetary and physical means. Making someone’s life better than it was and leading by example what it looks like to put others first.

Edward is a retired Lieutenant Colonel who served 22 years as a helicopter pilot in the United States Marine Corps. His career culminated as squadron commander of a Light Attack Helicopter Squadron. He served combat tours in both Iraq and Afghanistan and deployed throughout the Western Pacific during his time in uniform.

Following retirement in 2019, he spent a year on mission with Pulse Ministries, a non-profit organization that exists to make Jesus known, where he was their Partnership Director. He then spent a year leading a college faculty development team where he taught facilitation skills and adult learning theory. In 2022, he committed to real estate full-time.

Edward is a learner, facilitator, coach, and mentor who enjoys gathering with people. He loves to play games with friends, run, hike, and have deep philosophical discussions about how to change us so we can change the world. His long-term goal is to grow the Brave Neighbor Initiative, a movement with the mission of empowering communities through a radical rediscovery of neighboring. Fueled by Brave Neighbor Homes and Think, this foundation will seek to train people to build relationships in their community and create a sense of belonging there.

Julia is deepening and spreading roots throughout Northern Virginia as she finds ways to grow individually and alongside this community. As a team member of Brave Neighbor Homes, she is continually expanding her knowledge about real estate through every transaction, class, meeting, and any connections developed along the way. She works daily to build a stronger relationship with God, her community, and team in order to help leave a positive impact on all clients and vendors who work with her.

Julia’s favorite hobby is exploring new places and experiences when the opportunities present themselves. Additionally, she loves relaxed time with others watching movies, gaming, puzzling, and having fun fantastical conversations.
